Transpromotional

Transpromo is a compound expression formed from the words "transaction" and "promotional". By adding relevant messages, companies can piggyback promotion or even advertisingonto existing transaction-related documents, such as statements, invoices, or bills. Transpromotional documents combine CRM (Customer relationship management) and data miningtechnology with Variable data printing and location intelligence.

Identity

Identity: Use of a colour scheme, imagery of what you could make, source of food, see food through jar

Research for product design

Like the concept from above using the knife as part as the packaging and the pastel colours go in hand with the wood. However I wont use this to influence my work unless I find a cheaper way to produce a product from this as it is only a small spread so it will cost more to make than to sell.

Lily's

The above packaging communicates the natural hand drawn illustrated look which fits really well with the content. I aslo like the colour selection cream, dark blue block and outlines with green and yellow.

Looked at this so I could experiment with using the opacity of honey to create similar image however last night I put some honey on some paper and it still isn't dry maybe add a colour pigment to it?

Maybe use similar print for billboard as well, as it looks more organic on the wall rather than printing onto paper.

Patterns to consider for packaging?

Looking at flowing typography as this looks more organic than computer generated fonts.

When I first saw the image above it appealed to me because of the black hexagon but also the way the collarge of maintains looks interesting and works well with nature.
Another Image I found which uses a almost hand made approach which is popular and effective at the minute.

Bicycle Film Festival Melbourne

The poster above was made for the Melbourne film festival. The colours and bold colour communicate the subject matter clearly. I want to work at a similar approach to this to make the product clear but also give it a clean look. This could be used for adverts and billboards, As for the bottle it may be to complex for a small product.
